Fees:
The total fee for the Extended OSCE Course including the three mock exams is $1500 (GST included). The fee is payable in one cheque or in three separate cheques (each $500 and dated February 01, March 01, April 01).
The cheque(s) should be received by Feb 1, 2008 along with the application form. There will be no refund after
March 01, 2008.
The total fee for the Intensive OSCE Course including one mock exam is $900 (GST included).
The fee is payable in either one cheque or in two separate cheques ( each $450 and dated June 15 and July 15, 2008) and is not refundable.
Note:
Each student must submit 2 recent photographs
( 2"x 2" in size) along with the registration form and payment.
